To register for a course at the UCT, you need a UGent-account, which consists of a username and a passcode and gives you access to a.o. your personal UGent email address. It is important to know that you will only receive information related to the course for which you are registered via this email address. We need to do so for privacy reasons.
No UGent-account yet?
After your registration, you will receive an email from noreply.sap@ugent.be with an invoice for your payment in the attachment. As soon as the invoice is paid, your registration is final.
Did you register less than two weeks before the start of the course? Please send a proof of payment to betaalbewijs.uct@ugent.be one day after you received the invoice at the latest.
