Registration for the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year opens on 15 June.
On March 16, registrations for the summer courses will open.
If your course is cancelled and your refund is confirmed, UGent will transfer the course fee at the end of the month. In other words, it can take up to a few weeks before the money becomes available on your bank account again.
